The background

Dow Group UK approached us with a unique request for their website: they wanted a diverse set of portraits that would reflect both the artistic flair of their Directors and the dynamic work environment of their Managers. The goal was to present their leadership in a more creative light while showcasing the workplace setting for their managerial team.

Our Approach

We started by setting up a hand panted canvas background and arranged four Profoto B1 flashes to ensure the perfect lighting for the indoor portraits. This setup allowed us to capture the Directors in a style that balanced professionalism with an artistic touch. For the environmental portraits of the Managers, we ventured out to various on-site locations. This approach was designed to illustrate the real-world settings in which these key team members operate, adding authenticity and context to their images.

The Outcome

After an extensive photoshoot, all images were brought back to Reddishpink HQ. Here, our team meticulously processed and styled each photo to match Dow’s brand aesthetic and vision. The final portraits were then delivered to Dow Group UK, exceeding their expectations.
